    Position: Health & Safety Officer

    The site Safety Officer has 17 years experience in Construction encompassing many areas of the industry, working with Sperrin Metal Products, Acheson & Glover Group and T & A Kernoghan Group as well as devising the Health & Safety Plans on several major Social Housing projects across the province.

    The responsibilities of the Eden Contractors Ltd Health & Safety Officer are as follows:

    • Safety of all Employees, and Sub-contractors
    • Provide Safety Training
    • Company Health & Safety statement and Safety Policy
    • Method Statements
    • Risk assessments
    • Site Safety inductions
    • Project Health & Safety File
    • Personal Protective Equipment
    • Subcontractors safety documentation
    • Liaise with Site Manger, Contracts Manager and Managing Director
    • Report to the Health and Safety Authority any modifiable accidents and dangerous occurrences
