Eden Contractors Ltd approach to the successful completion of projects in accordance with contract and client requirements is as follows:
Eden Contractors Ltd meets the Client and Design Team to ascertain their Project specific procurement and other requirements.
Key Dates for Handover and latest dates for appointment of Nominated Subcontractors are agreed between client, design team and Eden Contractors Ltd.
The Programme is developed.
Progress is monitored at regular intervals and reported to the client and design team at site meetings. At these meetings a progress report is produced covering each of the site activities, indicating its status.
Eden Contractors Ltd hold weekly subcontractors meetings to discuss relevant issues and to ensure proper co-ordination of subcontractors activities. The subcontractors report on progress at these meetings, for inclusion in report from Eden Contractors Ltd to Client and Design team.
A Schedule of Information Required indicating the latest date for receipt of information is presented at each site meeting.
